Program Details: The suburbs have been a critical focus for ULI since our founding but have suffered from a lack of definition.  Due to changing demographics, innovations in land use, building and design, and evolving definitions of ‘livability’, the Richmond market is seeing exciting examples of ‘densification’ outside the core.
