I am honored to be the new Chair of ULI Virginia and look forward to working with you to ensure we remain the most valued and respected real estate organization in our region. My goal is to create a new strategic plan that will focus on enhancing the value of the organization to our members as well as the impact we can have on land use as thought-leaders in our region.

We have many ways to get involved and I want to hear from you and discuss how ULI Virginia can be a more integral part of your professional development.

In the coming months, I hope that you will continue to take advantage of great program content and work with me to provide even more opportunities to get engaged including expanding our Local Product Councils and growing member involvement in Urban Plan, YLG, WLI, TAPs, Membership, and the YLG Mentorship programs.

I also want to welcome our new leadership team as part of our succession planning goals and our efforts to give our members more opportunities to serve in these key roles.  A complete list of our chairs and their committees is below.  Our new organizational structure can be found here.

If you’re attending the Fall Meeting, please join ULI Virginia for a cocktail reception on Wednesday, September 18th from 6 – 8pm. We will gather at City Tap House | Penn Quarter | 901 9th Street NW. Enjoy specialty cocktails, snacks, and time with fellow members during the Fall Meeting.

My commitment to our ULI Virginia membership is to bring together leaders, explore issues, share knowledge, foster collaboration, advance land use policies, and build a diverse network addressing current and future challenges.

Look for my regular updates as we expand our programming and various initiatives throughout the year.
