The suburbs have been a critical focus for ULI since our founding but have suffered from a lack of definition. Due to changing demographics, innovations in land use, building and design, and evolving definitions of ‘livability’, the Richmond market is seeing exciting examples of ‘densification’ outside the core. This trend demonstrates a ‘new way of development’ in suburban communities and urban neighborhoods towards more compact and mixed-use.

Parking is available in the 10th Street parking deck. Use the parking deck elevator and go to the second floor and from there walk across the skybridge and the conference center will be on your left. There are other parking decks in the area as well.
