Two legislative initiatives relating to land use came out on top during this year’s General Assembly Session: site development funding and increased access to affordable housing. With additional funding for the Virginia Business Ready Sites Program and expanded tools for localities to facilitate affordable housing development, these two priorities will be instrumental in advancing Virginia’s economic development trajectory.
