Program Details:
Please join us for a Lunch and Learn Series event focused on the City of Charlottesville’s new zoning ordinance. Charlottesville’s Director of Neighborhood Development Services will provide a presentation update on the new zoning ordinance including an overview of the approved ordinance, implementation timeline, and a look to the future.
The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion/ moderated Q&A with professionals from legal, architectural, and affordable development communities. Lunch will be provided as we explore the future impacts of Charlottesville’s new zoning.
