Florida-based Regency Centers has become the joint owner of the 5.33-acre parcel where the new Carytown Exchange retail center anchored by a Publix grocery store will be located.
Regency Centers is partnering with Richmond Shopping Center Inc. and Goodwyn Bros. LLC. — collectively the Goodwyn family — to develop Carytown Exchange, an estimated $40 million project.
The proposed 115,000-square-foot Carytown Exchange development will consist of a 45,600-square foot Publix grocery story and nearly 58,000 square feet of additional shop space. There will be two levels of parking.
Chris Widmayer, Vice President of Investments with Florida based Regency Centers, will discuss Regency’s plan to redevelop an entire City block at the western end of Carytown. Join ULI for this special opportunity to learn more about the Carytown Exchange project.
