Please join the development teams of both the Quirk Hotel and Six Hundred West Main to tour and experience the changes that are happening in Downtown Charlottesville. With both projects coming to completion, this is an opportunity to follow up with two previous ULI programs, that highlighted the upfront development deals for these projects. We’ll start with a hard hat tour of the Quirk Hotel, scheduled to open at the beginning of 2020, and then find our way across the street to the newly opened Six Hundred West Main apartment building, where we will hear from the development team, have the opportunity to tour, and share a cocktail.
